Nothing says home more than having your canine and feline friends right by your side. That’s why our Richmond, Virginia, community is pet-friendly! We invite you to bring your furry friends home with you to live at The Concord Northside 55+.

  • The Concord Northside 55+ welcomes two pets per apartment.
  • A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for the 1st pet and an additional $150 for the 2nd pet.
  • Pet rent is $25 per month, per pet.
  • Maximum weight, 25 pounds, per pet.
